I came upon it in a store, needed eye makeup remover and immediately purchased it. It is exactly what it says information technology is...gentle, easy to utilise and gets off all and whatsoever makeup really easily. I pay eight times more than (yes, 8!) for centre makeup remover and it is not near as great. Well, I won't exist doing that anymore. Y'all tin can't get wrong with this 1!!!

Rated v out of 5 by Regina70 from Neutrogena stands lonely! Neutrogena eye makeup remover is far above the other brands in terms of effectively dissolving eyeliner, shadow, and especially mascara. After more than than 50 years of wearing eye makeup, I have tried so many different brands, both cheaper and more expensive. When both my local supermarket and pharmacy stopped carrying Neutrogena in favor of their shop brand, I was so happy to find my favorite on the Neutrogena website.
